Our beautifully appointed guest rooms are located just above the pub, placing you only moments away from exceptional food,fine wines, and a warm welcome. We've installed soundproofed flooring to help ensure your stay is peaceful, comfortable, and restful. We encourage you to make the most of our Wine Wall, especially during our popular Wine Wall Wednesdays.
We offer three tastefully decorated bedroom suites, each named after one of our beautiful local woods. Every suite features a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and storage space, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a self-catered breakfast or prepare light meals whenever you wish.
Of course, many of our guests choose to start the day with our traditional Full English breakfast, served downstairs between 9:00am and 10:00am. Alongside the cooked breakfast, you'll also find a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, and pastries available from our breakfast buffet. Best of all, breakfast is included in your room rate.
Minimum two-night stays apply at weekends and Bank holidays.

SPACIOUS DOUBLE SUITE
Our stylish large double ‘Siccaridge’ room overlooking the courtyard and horse parking, boasts a super king-sized bed, sitting area, ensuite with rain shower, a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and storage, as well as ultra fast broadband and TV with Netflix.
Sleeps 2, with the option of a camp bed (£20 extra) for one child.
From £169 per night during high season, including breakfast. From £120 in low season (November to March), excluding peak nights.
FAMILY & FRIENDS’ SUITE
Not one but two bedrooms included in this , our ‘Dorvel & Hen’ suite. Comprising a large king-sized double bedroom and a second bedroom which can be set up with either twin beds for 2 children or a super-king sized bed for adult friends. Large bathroom with ‘P’ shaped bath and rain shower. As with our other suites, it has a mini kitchen, ultra-fast broadband and TV with Netflix.
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children or, alternatively, 4 adults.

LUXURY ‘SAPPERTON’ SUITE
Enjoy our largest and most luxurious room, featuring a super-king size bed, stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone bath and separate shower, and a comfortable living area beneath a high loft ceiling. As with our other suites, it has a mini kitchenette, ultra-fast broadband and TV with Netflix.
Designed for relaxation, this top tier suite comfortably accommodates two adults.
